I have always wanted to be a writer. I still remember the first simile I ever wrote. In second grade, I wrote what I thought was a riveting book about my daily routine and started the piece describing how “I wake up each morning and stretch like a cat.”
My love for writing and reading and editing flourished from there. I have since moved on to bigger and more in-depth projects than my day to day ritual, writing on topics from theater reviews to developments on Loyola University Chicago’s campus to supply chain optimization in hospitals to the overwhelming presence of cats on the Internet.
The world of writing is limitless, and I am eager to find out where my pen leads me.
